BOOKING
When booking a room at Jasmine Pension, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, contact information, and payment information (if applicable). You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Jasmine Pension. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
PAYMENT
We do not accept payments online. Payment for your booking will be made directly to Jasmine Pension upon arrival. We accept payment in Egyptian pounds (EGP), US dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR). We accept cash or credit card payments.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled arrival will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged for one night’s stay.
If you do not show up for your scheduled arrival, you will be charged for one night’s stay.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
You are responsible for any damages caused to the room or hotel during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or collect payment from you for any damages caused.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during your stay at Jasmine Pension, unless caused by our negligence.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
